1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BluePoster Inc. ("BluePoster", "we", or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through BluePoster ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant BluePoster a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content.
Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Your User Content is accurate and not misleading.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use BluePoster to:

Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening
Impersonate any person or entity
Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
Scrape or harvest data from BluePoster without prior written consent
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

The BluePoster platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and brand elements, is owned by BluePoster Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use the BluePoster name, logo, or trademarks.

6. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes that affect paying subscribers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEPOSTER INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BluePoster Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
